Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, unwashed, undamaged, with their original tags and packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact info@disangnisilk.com before returning an item. Please read our refund policy for eligibility, exclusions and the return process.
Email info@disangnisilk.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. If accepted, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back before contacting us.
Our refund policy excludes clearance items, silk underwear, customized items and monogrammed items. Returned items must meet the condition requirements. See the full refund policy.
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
As described in our refund policy, the fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
