Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.

Order processing: Usually 1–2 days before dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping: Approximately 7–15 days after dispatch.

Standard delivery to Bulgaria, Croatia, Liechtenstein and Malta: Allow 2 days for order processing (orders are prepared daily) and approximately 3–15 business days in transit after dispatch, counted Monday to Friday. These destination-specific estimates apply in place of the general estimates above. The daily order-processing cut-off is 17:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Transit times are estimates and may vary with customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

FedEx Express Shipping: Approximately 5–7 days after dispatch, at US$20. The checkout displays the charge in your selected currency.

Shipping times exclude order processing time and are estimates. Delivery may vary by destination and customs clearance. Custom or monogrammed orders require additional processing time.

All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location.

Note:

Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

If you require customization or monogramming service, please allow for four or more working days in the processing time.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, as later change of address may incur additional charges.

Import duties and taxes

DISANGNI covers import duties, import VAT/GST and necessary customs-clearance or carrier disbursement fees for the initial delivery of your order, worldwide. Our delivery partners may arrange these charges, but customs or a carrier may still ask you to pay them.

If you are charged, keep the payment receipt and contact info@disangnisilk.com with your order number and a copy of the receipt. We process your reimbursement within 3–5 working days after we receive your order number and payment receipt. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds.

Import-related charges on return or exchange shipments are normally your responsibility. If the return or exchange is due to an incorrect item, damage on arrival or a product quality issue, DISANGNI will cover those import-related charges. Please contact us before arranging the shipment.
